From flawless finishes to creative colorways, you’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of the world’s best carbon fiber bicycles.

What We’re Looking For

We’re in search of an experienced and motivated professional who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in high-end painting or finishing, preferably within the cycling, automotive, or industrial design industries.

• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in prep, masking, spraying, and finishing.

• Strong understanding of paint systems, including primers, base coats, and clear coats.

• A disciplined, organized approach to managing multiple custom paint projects on tight timelines.

• A passion for craftsmanship, color, and quality that reflects Argonaut’s commitment to excellence.
