Shipping for Items from ‘The Shop’:
We ship UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail for all domestic orders depending on size. International orders will ship with DHL for a flat rate. International orders could be subject to import duties and taxes payable by the customer. We try to get every order processed as fast as possible, but that could be up to 3 business days for domestic and 5 business days for international orders.
Refunds/Returns:
Deposits and payments for custom ordered bikes are non-refundable after a 14 day grace period.
For purchases made in ‘The Shop’ we will work with you to make you satisfied. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. In the case of a refund – refunds will only be offered on unworn and unused products. A return authorization number (RA) will be required for all returns.
Privacy:
We will never sell or share your personal information to any 3rd party. The information you provide for a custom bike order or a purchase within ‘The Shop’ will be used solely for the purpose of filling your order.
